Evgeny Raschevsky Appointed as the Chairman of the RAC Subcommittee on Arbitration of Domestic Disputes
EPAM Law Offices is pleased to announce that Evgeny Raschevsky, Partner and Head of International Arbitration and Litigation Practice was elected as the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Arbitration of Domestic Disputes at the Russian Arbitration Center (RAC).
The Subcommittee on Arbitration of Domestic Disputes is one of the two subcommittees performing the functions of the RAC Presidium. RAC Presidium members are elected from a list of arbitrators and are partially rotated once every 3 years.
The subcommittee’s scope covers appointment of arbitrators, consideration of challenges to arbitrators, setting and extension of timelines, as well as other functions according to the Arbitration Regulations.
