On 22 December 2025, an online meeting of the Legal Committee of the Association of European Businesses (AEB) was held.

Yulia Bobrova, Counsel at EPAM Law, spoke at the meeting and delivered a presentation entitled «Current trends in dispute resolution involving foreign persons: issues of liability, the bankruptcy of foreign nationals, and the enforcement of court judgments».
