Vladimir Talanov to Speak at the Conference “Prospects and Problems of the Eurasian Economic Union Development: The Legal Dimension”
On April 27-28, 2021, the Higher School of Economics is to host its international conference for young scholars “Prospects and Problems of the Eurasian Economic Union Development: The Legal Dimension”. Vladimir Talanov, International Trade and Customs Counsel at EPAM, is to speak at the plenary session, where the leading experts in international and integration law are to share their insights on the future of the EAEU. Vladimir’s speech is to address the legal issues regarding the implementation of digital traceability of goods in the EAEU.
Vladimir is also to co-moderate the session entitled “Harmonization of the National Laws of the EAEU Member States”, where the attendees are to discuss the implementation of Strategic Directions for Developing Eurasian Economic Integration until 2025, the harmonization of the financial markets of the EAEU member states, effective liaising between the EEC and national antitrust authorities from the EAEU member states, and finally the harmonization of intellectual property laws.
