Victoria Evtushenko to Teach a Course on Russian Tax Law for MGIMO Students

Victoria Evtushenko, PhD, Senior Administrative Law Associate at EPAM and senior lecturer of the Public Law Department at the MGIMO University will teach a course on Russian tax law for 4th year students.

The topics will cover:

  • Main institutes of tax law
  • Concept and role of taxes
  • Tax types and taxation principles
  • Legal elements of taxes
  • General description of tax relations
  • Sources of tax law
  • Tax system in Russia

The course is scheduled to take place from September to December 2021.
