Valery Eremenko and Roman Malovitsky to speak at a conference entitled “Lack of Legal Clarity and Legal Risks in the Banking Practice”
On May 30-31, 2013 a conference entitled “Lack of Legal Clarity and Legal Risks in the Banking Practice” will be held in Moscow by the Association of Russia’s Regional Banks supported by M-LOGOS Legal Institute and Kutafin Moscow State Legal University. The event will be attended by Valery Eremenko, partner at EPAM (EPA&P), and the Roman Malovitsky, Head of EPA&P’s Banking and Finance Practice.
The conference is Russia’s largest specialised annual forum for banking lawyers and those involved in banking issues.
Valery Eremenko will present a report at a workshop entitled “Avoidance of Legal Gaps and Uncertainties When Regulating Banking Operations and Transactions.”
Roman Malovitsky to act as the moderator at a workshop entitled “Legal Regulation Uncertainties in the field of Payment Services”.
