Olga Mischenko to Speak at Russian PPP Week 2016
From 29 March to 1 April 2016, the Russian PPP Week infrastructure convention will take place in Moscow. The event is organized by the PPP Development Center and is supported by the relevant federal ministries, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Delovaya Rossiya (Business Russia), and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives. Olga Mischenko, Head of the Construction and PPP Practice at the St. Petersburg office of EPAM, will be one of the speakers at the convention.
The event programme includes three conference days and one day of educational programmes. It will bring together representatives from government agencies; leading Russian and foreign experts in attracting investment, infrastructure, and public-private partnerships; private sector business leaders; and representatives of the banking and finance community. Russian PPP Week is expected to attract about 1,500 participants from 70 regions of the Russian Federation.
Olga Mischenko will take part in a panel discussion entitled ‘Plans for Photo and Video Recording: A Concession?’ and will also participate in a session on ‘New Prospects in PPP for Sport and Tourism Infrastructure Development’.
