Oleg Bouiko Will Speak at the Vedomosti Annual Conference on the Best Litigation Practices 2022
On 9 December 2022, the Vedomosti newspaper will hold The Best Litigation Practices 2022 Conference in Moscow. Oleg Bouiko, Counsel at Litigation Practice at EPAM, will speak at the event.
The conference will traditionally bring together leading lawyers and attorneys, independent experts and representatives of the corporate sector to discuss high profile and complex disputes litigated in courts this year.
The participants will share their experience in effective dispute resolution, discuss strategy building, challenges encountered, court decisions and what it means for Russian litigation practice.
Oleg will present a case study on family law in session 2 "Current Court Cases Overview” (12:15 - 13:45).
