Mark Rovinskiy to speak at a round table entitled “The Russian Tax System Development Prospects”

On May 22-23, 2013 the 2nd All-Russia Congress entitled “Taxes. Legal Regulation 2013” will be held by the ASER Group in Moscow.

Mark Rovinskiy, Deputy Head of EPAM Tax Practice, will make a report at a round table entitled “The Russian Tax System Development Prospects in the current 2013 and for the 2014-2015 target period.”
