Dmitry Stepanov and Tatyana Boyko Will Speak at the Statut Law School Corporate Law Seminar
On October 18-22, 2021, Statut Law School is hosting a series of seminars as part of its professional development programme “CORPORATE LAW: Russian Civil Code Reform and Case Law Review”. Partner Dmitry Stepanov and Senior Associate Tatyana Boyko of EPAM will lecture at the seminar.
Dmitry will cover reorganisation forms, combination thereof and engagement in reorganisation of various companies, as well as the liability of governance bodies and controlling parties in corporate law.
Tatyana Boyko’s report will address M&A structuring technologies under Russian law.
