From 16 to 20 June 2025, the STATUT Law School will host a course entitled: «Corporate Law: Reform of the Russian Civil Code and Case Law Analysis». Dmitry Stepanov, Partner at EPAM Law, and Tatyana Boyko, Counsel, will deliver lectures as part of the programme.
