EPAM invites you to attend a business discussion on ‘Administrative court procedure: new rules for handling disputes and establishing liability’. The event will be held on 16 July (Thursday) from 10:00 to 13:00 at the Firm’s St. Petersburg office.
On 8 March 2015, the President of the Russian Federation signed the Administrative Court Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, which not only introduces brand new concepts but also validates previously established judicial practices. The Code comes into effect on 15 September 2015.
Over the course of the discussion, lead associates of the Firm’s St. Petersburg office will outline the key changes and their consequences for business; discuss new opportunities for protecting business rights; and address ways of solving the potential problems that may arise as a result of the implementation of the Code.
