Anna Ivanova to deliver the webinar <em>Labor Compensation Issues: Theory and Practice</em>

On 3 February 2014, Anna Ivanova, Head of Employment Practice at EPAM, will deliver the webinar Labor Compensation Issues: Theory and Practice organized by Zakon.Ru portal.

The webinar is to address the most pressing issues related to labor compensation:

1. The concept of labor compensation. The difference of basic salary from average salary and incentives.

2. Changing the salary structure.

3. Introduction of a compensation system comprised of a fixed part + a variable part.

4. The dangers of golden parachutes.

5. The State Labor Inspection’s focus areas in carrying out audits.

After the report, the webinar participants will have an opportunity to ask additional questions to Anna Ivanova.
