Alexey Karchiomov to Speak at International Conference During Eurasian Economic Union Business Day
On 7-9 June 2016, the ninth Days of Russia event will be held in Ostrava, Czech Republic. This is a major event organized at the initiative of the Russian–Czech Scientific and Cultural Forum in collaboration with the Russian Trade Representation in the Czech Republic and the trade branches of the Eurasian Economic Union member states to support scientific, technical, and trade cooperation between the Czech Republic, Russia, and the CIS. Alexey Karchiomov, Senior Associate at EPAM, will speak at the conference.
The purpose of the conference is to introduce an important economic organization – the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) - to Czech companies that have trade relations with Russia and CIS countries. This year the conference has been named the Eurasian Economic Union Business Day. Eurasian Economic Commission (EAEC) representatives will talk about EAEC procedures and plans for the development of cooperation within the EAEU in the short term, the specific features of customs policy, certification and standardization, and the potential for developing trade and investment between the EAEU and European countries.
Alexey Karchiomov will deliver a presentation on ‘Basic types of difference in the legal regulation of imports and foreign investment in EAEU countries’ as part of the ‘Financing and law’ session.
