PROBankruptcy 2024: EPAM Law Leads the Rankings Once Again
On 13 December 2024, at the award ceremony for the specialised legal firm ranking “PROBankruptcy Leaders,” EPAM Law received top recognition across all seven key categories.
Based on the results of the study, EPAM was ranked in Group 1 in each of the seven nominated areas:
- Inclusion of claims in the register of creditors’ claims,
- Protection of personal assets,
- Disputing and defending transactions,
- Pre-bankruptcy settlements,
- Subsidiary liability (both defence and enforcement),
- Comprehensive support for bankruptcy procedures,
- Criminal law protection in bankruptcy proceedings.
The “PROBankruptcy Leaders” study aims to identify the most reliable and experienced legal consultants specialising in bankruptcy-related projects. The rankings are determined through an analysis of project experience and the achievements of specialised legal practices within the firms participating in the evaluation.
