Ekaterina Verle, Partner and Head of the Real Estate and Construction Practice at EPAM Law, has been included for the third consecutive year in the CRE100 – a list of the most influential figures in the commercial real estate market, as ranked by Commercial Real Estate (CRE) magazine. The rating presentation took place on 27 May 2025 in Moscow during the event “CRE100 Cocktail: Commercial Real Estate as an Art Form.”
Ekaterina’s inclusion in the list reaffirms her status as one of the leading experts in the field. In 2024–2025, under her active leadership, the practice achieved significant growth. The team advised on a number of large-scale infrastructure, urban development, and legislative projects, and also implemented a unique initiative for the Russian market: the introduction of an in-house developer organisation standard. This involved, among other things, representing the client’s interests before relevant regulatory authorities.
This is in addition to numerous projects where the practice formed an integral part of cross-functional expert teams engaged in major initiatives alongside other practices at the firm, including M&A and Corporate Law, Dispute Resolution, Banking and Finance, Private Clients, and others.
Today, the Real Estate and Construction Practice includes over 10 highly qualified specialists and is one of the largest in the real estate legal sector in Russia.
