Sergiy Grebenyuk Re-elected as Head of the UBA Kyiv Branch for a Second Term

On September 23, 2015, Sergiy Grebenyuk, advocate, counsel, co-head of the Criminal Law Practice of EPAM Ukraine, was re-elected for a second term as Head of the Kyiv branch of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA).

Sergiy Grebenyuk is an active member of the Ukrainian legal community. In 2012, he was elected as a Deputy Head of the UBA Committee on Criminal Law and Procedure. Since June 2013, he has served as Head of the UBA Kyiv branch. In 2014, Sergiy was elected as a Deputy Head of the Consultative Council of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine.

Mr. Grebenyuk is named among notable practitioners in criminal law/business crime according to Ukrainian Law Firms 2015 compilation by Yuridicheskaya Practika publishing house and “Client Choice: The Top 100 Best Lawyers of Ukraine 2015” research by Yurydychna Gazeta.

Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) is a Ukrainian public organization founded in 2002 to bring together lawyers for a strong and influential professional community and serve as a powerful voice of the legal community in Ukraine. UBA is a member of the International Bar Association (ІBA); it maintains close relations with the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE) and the American Bar Association (ABA).
