On 25 April the Russian Arbitration Association (RAA) will host the VI Annual conference that will bring together leading arbitration experts from Russia, the United Kingdom, and other European countries. Dmitry Dyakin, Partner, Co-Head of the Litigation Practice at Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners, will chair one of the conference panels.
The conference sessions will focus on the following issues:
- Arbitration of domestic disputes with a foreign element, criteria for determining such disputes and existing restrictions;
- Arbitrability of Russian corporate disputes, recent changes in legislation, latest practices of Russian and foreign arbitration centers;
- Discussion on public procurement and contracts with state financing disputes in domestic and international arbitration.
Dmitry Dyakin will moderate a discussion on “The Fate of Investment Disputes Involving Russia”, which will take place in the final session of the conference.
