Nikita advises and represents clients in Russian courts on criminal law protection of intangible assets. He represented the clients’ interests in high-profile cases involving multimillion-dollar embezzlement of funds.
His experience includes:
- Representing the interests of copyright holders in a criminal case related to infringement of copyright in audiovisual works;
- Representing the interests of the general manager of a large military plant who was accused of embezzlement of RUB 219mln;
- Protecting the interests of a major banker accused of embezzlement of millions of roubles.
He received a bachelor's and a master's degree from the M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University.
