Vladimir Pestrikov and Dmitry Kaysin to Speak at Russian Arbitration Debates
On 29 September 2016 Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs will hold the second round of Russian Arbitration Debate in Moscow. Vladimir Pestrikov, Counsel at EPAM, and Dmitry Kaysin, Senior Associate, will speak at the event.
Vladimir Pestrikov will speak on the topic "The Absence of the Plaintiff Funds to Pay Arbitration Charge Entails Unenforceability of the Arbitration Clause", and Dmitry Kaysin will speak on the topic "Commercial Arbitration Court Connected with the Arguments of the Parties, the Arbitrators Must Comply with Adversary Character of the Judicial Process." The debate will be held with the support of EPAM.
