Oleg Boichuk to Speak at the URE Club Legal Committee Meeting

On 7 April, 2017 EPAM Ukraine will host the URE Club (Ukrainian Real Estate Club) Legal Committee Meeting. Oleg Boichuk, Partner, Head of Real Estate Practice at EPAM Ukraine, will speak at the event.

Among discussion topics:

  • new draft Law of Ukraine “On Protection of investors' rights and settlement of obligations with respect to the long term constructions”;
  • draft Law of Ukraine “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding improvement of corporate governance in joint stock companies” related to introduction of escrow mechanism for banks;
  • decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of December 28, 2016, “On approval of requirements for quality control of road construction, reconstruction and repair of public roads”.
