Denis Gavrilov to Speak at the Seminar Law on Protection of Competition. The Fourth Antimonopoly Package: The Practice of Implementation and the Expert Comments on Legislation Changes
On October 21-23, 2015 the Law School Statute will hold a seminar Law on Protection of Competition. The Fourth Antimonopoly Package: the Practice of Implementation and the Expert Comments on Legislation Changes. Denis Gavrilov, Counsel at EPAM Competition Practice, will speak at the event.
During the seminar, state authorities’ and leading law firms’ representatives will speak about the main changes in the Fourth Antimonopoly Package, antitrust legislation violations qualification, judicial practice, and the scope of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" and other topical issues of antitrust legislation.
Denis Gavrilov will deliver a lecture Unfair Competition: Basic Restrictions and New Requirements of the Fourth Antimonopoly Package.
