Business Discussion “Legal Regulation of drugs turn: from theory to practice”
EPAM held a business discussion entitled “Legal Regulation of drugs turn: from theory to practice”. The event took place in Moscow on the 10th of March 2015 at the Marriott Hotel.
There are a number of processes regarding the turnover of drugs - from research and development to the production and retail distribution, the process also includes standardization, licensing and disposal of medicines. All dealings arising in the field of drugs are subject to state regulations. This means that all counterparties of the process face any legal issues that affect their activities.
During the event leading experts of EPAM and guests discussed the peculiarities of legal regulation and recent legislative initiatives in this area, as well as problems of the pharmaceutical business and the development of the industry in the coming years.
