Kirill Nagorsky specialises in competition law, and has extensive experience in obtaining clearance for M&A transactions involving foreign and Russian companies falling under the Federal Law On Protection of Competition: M&A deals, joint ventures and non-compete agreements. Kirill has extensive experience in advising and negotiating foreign investment transactions, including Russian companies operating in strategic industries.

He is experienced in advising and representing clients in antimonopoly proceedings at the antitrust investigation and trial stages (specifically, abuse of dominant position, inclusion into the Unfair Suppliers Register, etc.).

Kirill participated in drafting amendments to federal legislation regarding foreign investments in strategic industries, as well as in relation to 'antimonopoly compliance' and grounds for mitigating the liability of persons for antimonopoly offences.

Kirill Nagorsky has advised clients on commercial law, service contracts and distribution agreements, as well as on regulation of natural monopolies.

Kirill graduated from the National Research University Higher School of Economics (Bachelor's degree - 2014, Master's degree in Corporate Law - 2016).

He has a number of scientific publications in scientific journals on the problems of application of the antimonopoly legislation. He is fluent in English.
