At the International Presidents Meeting, ELSA representatives from 13 countries gathered in St. Petersburg to discuss issues concerning the further development of ELSA. Among other items, the participants of the International Presidents Meeting of ELSA in St. Petersburg discussed organisational details of the ELSA Moot Court Competition by WTO Law 2005/2006, the expansion of ELSA, and various questions concerning approaches to sponsorship.
ELSA St. Petersburg, a Local Group of ELSA Russia and organiser of the event, had prepared an extensive programme for the participants, with workshops to be held at the Law Faculty of St. Petersburg State University, a one-day trip to Peterhof, an evening boat trip on the beautiful rivers and canals of the city, an excursion to the world-famous Hermitage Museum, and much more.
