Avisma lawyers (Berezniki Titanium-Magnesium Producing Plant),who initiated legal procedure in the USA against the well known entrepreneur K.Dart, suspect him of illegal transferring the yields from exporting titanium through the banks of New York.

According to D.Afanasyev, the partner of the lawyers' company EPAM which represents Avisma's interests in the court, the lawyers of the plant sent out summons to these three major Western banks. The banks ought to submit all the documents regarding the flow of funds to the accounts of the offshore companies, which operated Avisma's export yields, to the US law enforcement bodies. TMS, the company registered on the Isle of Man, is one of the suspects.
