Nikita Gurin to Speak at the ‘Evolution of Law in 2010’ Conference
On December 27, 2010, Nikita Gurin, attorney at EPAM, will speak at the conference ‘Evolution of Law in 2010’. The event is organized by the law department of the Moscow State University.
At the conference, it is planned to analyze the amendments introduced to the law of Russia and other foreign countries in 2010 and identify the main law development trends.
The conference will consist of three sections:
- Constitutional Law. Administrative Law. Financial Law;
- Civil Law. Family Law. Labor Law. Civil Litigation;
- Criminal Law. Criminal and Enforcement Law. Criminal Litigation;
Nikita Gurin will speak at the ‘Constitutional Law. Administrative Law. Finance Law’ session, delivering a report on the administrative regulation of the relations in the area of competition and corporate relations in accordance with the amendments to the RF law made in 2009-2010.
